Speedy Repo Colorado Repossession ServiceThe state of Colorado does not specifically license repo agents, however, the Colorado attorney general does require that all entities performing repossessions have a surety bond on file with their office. The Colorado attorney general actively pursues companies and individuals that are not in compliance. Colorado is a right to cure state that requires any lender initiating a repossession to send a "right to Cure" notice, informing the debtor that the lien holder intends to repossess the collateral if the loan is not paid up to date within 20 days. Though it's not required by law, it is best if the lien holder mail the right to cure notice by certified mail so that they can prove that the right to cure notice was mailed out. The Uniform Commercial code, the Federal law regulating repossession requires that the peace not be breached while performing any repo.

Colorado has a large transient population of people working in Colorado's cannabis industry. Most lenders have a difficult time locating where their debtor is now hiding with their collateral. Fortunately, Colorado requires all dispensary employees be licensed by the state. Speedy Repo has the ability to search this data base and locate dispensary employees no matter where they are currently working. Even if they changed jobs yesterday, we will be able to find the new dispensary that they are working at today. Couple that with our extensive license plate reader system, we have Colorado covered like a blanket. Please keep Speedy Repo in mind for all of your collateral recovery needs. in Colorado.

Speedy Repo also performs a large number of vehicle recoveries on recreational equipment in Colorado. This includes All terrain vehicles, snow mobiles, fifth wheel campers and motor homes. Colorado only requires that ATV's and snow mobiles sold by a dealership have titles. Private party sales of these do not require a title, just a bill of sale. Any ATV or snowmobile operated on public lands in Colorado are required to be registered with the Colorado Parks and Wild life (CPW). Snow mobiles and ATV's operated on private property do not require any registration with the state. Speedy Repo has the equipment, and experienced personnel capable of repossessing any recreational vehicle you have a lien on in Colorado. Please keep Speedy Repo in mind when you need a RV repossessed in Colorado.

Speedy Repo Colorado Repossession ServiceWe are also very experienced in performing repos on mining equipment in the state of Colorado. This includes sluices, trommels, rock trucks, front end loaders and backhoes. Statistics show that more than 50% of every mine opened in Colorado goes bankrupt within the first 2 years of operation. This makes financing mining equipment a high risk investment by any finance company or bank which leads to higher interest rates which leads to higher default rates. There is a lot of mining equipment repossessed every year in Colorado and Speedy Repo successfully recovers almost every piece of mining equipment we go after. The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) is responsible for licensing all mining operations in Colorado. We understand how to process Freedom of Information act requests with DRMS. This enables us to locate and recover mining equipment that other repo companies have never been able to locate.
