Order a Maryland Repossession - Hold Harmless Agreement

All repossession agencies performing repossessions in Maryland must obtain a license from Office of Commissioner of Financial Regulation. Maryland is not a right to cure state which means a lien holder is not mandated to send a notice to the consumer before a repossession is ordered, however if the collateral was purchased in a right to cure state that states right to cure rules must be followed. Federal law warrants that the repossessor my not breach the peace while conducting any repossession. Federal law also stipulates that whenever a lender repossesses collateral due to a defaulted loan agreement that the lender provide the debtor an opportunity to get their collateral back if the debtor pays the balance in full on the loan within 15 days.

What sets Speedy Repo apart from the competition? While most agencies overwhelm their drivers with dozens of random assignments per shift, we take a different approach. Our specialists focus on a single vehicle at a time, sometimes even deploying two trucks on a single recovery to ensure success. While others use a "shotgun" approach, we operate with the precision of a sniper. Our premium rates reflect this specialized focus. When you have high-value collateral that standard companies fail to locate, you need a specialist who can recover your assets quickly and strictly within the confines of the law.

At Speedy Repo, we specialize in the location and recovery of vehicles in these complex scenarios. Our team is ready to step in where the police cannot, ensuring your vehicle is returned to you safely and efficiently. Ready to get your vehicle back? Call Speedy Repo today to initiate your recovery.
