Missouri does not maintain state-level licensing requirements for repossession agents or companies. However, it is a 'Right to Cure' state that, once an account is more than ten days past due. The lender must provide a written notice advising that the lender intends to repossess the collateral. The debtor can prevent this by paying the past due amount within twenty days. If the collateral was purchased in a different 'Right to Cure' jurisdiction, lenders should provide a notice that conforms to whichever state offers the longer grace period. On a federal level, all recoveries must be conducted without a breach of the peace. Following a successful repossession, lenders are also legally obligated to provide the consumer a 'Right of Redemption,' allowing them to reclaim the collateral by paying the loan balance in full.
Speedy Repo utilizes cutting-edge, real-time satellite imaging to revolutionize the skip tracing process. This technology allows our agents to remotely inspect driveways and secure backyards from our offices or field units, significantly reducing time spent manually verifying addresses. By accessing both live and historical satellite data, we can identify patterns of use and confirm if collateral has been staged at a specific location over time. Our advanced imaging suite even allows us to track vehicle movement retrospectively; if a target is spotted in an inaccessible lot, we can 'rewind' the data to trace its route back to a previous, more accessible location. Speedy Repo is at the forefront of the industry, utilizing these sophisticated, space-age techniques to recover collateral that others simply cannot find.
Speedy Repo offers extensive expertise in the recovery of heavy agricultural and industrial equipment. Utilizing our fleet of lowboy trailers, we are equipped to transport even the largest combines, tractors, and tillage implements. Our specialized recovery teams are also experienced in the repossession of large-scale construction equipment. To support these large-scale recoveries, we maintain secure, high-capacity storage facilities throughout Missouri to protect your assets until auction or redemption. With the ability to fast-track wide-load permits and deploy lead and chase vehicles 24/7, we ensure your collateral is recovered and transported without delay. When efficiency and expertise are non-negotiable, you need Speedy Repo.
We are one of the few companies in Missouri that accepts private party repossessions. A private party repossession can be any situation where the vehicle owner has loaned their vehicle to someone that refuses to return it. It could also be a case where an employee took off with your company vehicle. If you call the police they will tell you that because you handed them the keys it is a civil matter and outside of their jurisdiction. Speedy Repo can help! We will locate and recover your vehicle for you or we won't charge you. That's how sure we are that we will be successful for you. Please don't tip off the other party that you are sending a repossessor as that normally results in the other party hiding or damaging your vehicle.
