Order a New Hampshire Repossession - Hold Harmless Agreement

New Hampshire does not have any regulations that require repossession companies or repossession agents to obtain a license to perform repossessions. New Hampshire is not a right to cure state that requires lenders to notify a consumer prior to repossessing their collateral. State law does require that the loan be 10 days delinquent before  repossessing the collateral. State laws do require that the repossessor notify the local police or sheriff upon completion of the repossession. Under federal law repossessions are governed by UCC Section 9, which establishes two critical protections for consumers. First, the repossession process must not result in a breach of the peace. Second, lenders must provide the debtor with an opportunity to get their property back, known as the 'Right to Redeem.' This requires the lien holder to send certified mail to the debtor informing them that they have 15 days to pay off the loan in full plus all repossession costs and the lender will return their collateral.

Our skip tracers can locate anyone in New Hampshire. We have access to proprietary data bases that enable us to locate even the hardest skip. We have license plate reader cameras on all 12 of our New Hampshire based tow trucks along with 4 chase vehicles that are also equipped with camera systems. Our data base contains almost 2 million records of license plate numbers along with the GPS coordinates, date and time each license plate was photographed. We can search historic records of where and when any license plate was last observed. Once we have a repossession assignment the license plate for that vehicle is entered into our system and put on our hot sheet. If any of our cameras spot a license plate on our hot sheet, the onboard camera immediately notifies the driver to go back and pick up the car displayed on his screen. It is state of the art technology that makes it very difficult, if not impossible to hide from us. Pull 2 or 3 of your toughest skips and send them to Speedy Repo and we will show you exactly how good we are at locating land recovering lost or hidden collateral.

Speedy Repo has the best tow trucks available. We use Eagle Claw tow trucks that enable us to spend less than 30 seconds in a debtor's driveway. Once one of our Eagle Claw tow trucks spots vehicle that is up for repo, the driver backs in the driveway while the Eagle Claw is lowering down to ground level. Our repo agent uses a video monitor in the cab connected to a rear-mounted camera system to aim the truck as they back up with the target vehicle's tires. The camera provides a view of the "claws" as they approach the tire. Once aligned the claws grab the tires, the arm lifts the tires off the ground and our driver pulls out of the driveway with the target vehicle in tow. Once the driver is on the street (public property) they immediately log the repossession with the police. The repossession is completed, if the debtor runs out of his house at this point they can no longer claim we breached the peace during the repossession. Of course all of our repossessions are recorded on video to protect us and the lien holder from frivolous claims made by an individual that just lost their vehicle due to a professionally performed repossession.
