New Mexico requires that any company or individual performing repossessions be licensed by the New Mexico Financial Institutions Division. Additionally any company or individual performing repossessions must do so in full compliance of the New Mexico Collection Agency Regulatory Act. Lenders in New Mexico can repossess collateral without prior notification to the debtor. Federal law prohibits any breach of the peace during the recovery process. Additionally, the law protects a debtor's 'Right to Redeem,' which grants them the opportunity to recover their repossessed property by settling the loan in full after the repossession has occurred.
Speedy Repo is the premier repossession service in New Mexico for specialized recoveries on tribal lands. We have developed proprietary strategies for securing collateral by analyzing historical industry challenges and engineering effective, field-proven solutions. Over decades of service, we have refined our approach into a specialized skill set that remains unmatched by any other recovery agency in the state. We have strategically placed stationary License plate reader cameras at key entry and exit corridors to every reservation in New Mexico that gives us the ability to observe when and where your collateral is exiting and entering tribal lands. Our strategy is this: If we can identify that your collateral is leaving the Reservation at a regular or predictable time we will do everything we can to seize your collateral when it is not on tribal lands. If our license plate reader (LPR) cameras are unable to spot your collateral leaving, we move to negotiating surrender of your collateral. We have good insight on how to approach the debtor and ask for surrender of the collateral. If that does not work out, we are prepared to go before Tribal Council and get their assistance in repossessing your collateral. We only accept repossession assignments on tribal lands where the collateral is valued at more than $10,000. Please call Speedy Repo today to discuss your repossession assignment and our pricing for recovering collateral from Tribal lands.
Our License plate reader network doesn't just cover tribal lands. We have New Mexico covered like a blanket. Our vast network of stationary LPR cameras are useful to identify what region a specific piece of collateral is routinely in. In sports terms, it's like a zone defense. Speedy Repo has mobile LPR cameras on our repo trucks and chase cars that locate exactly where vehicles park, this is our man on man defense. If your collateral is in New Mexico, we will locate it and recover it or we will not send you a bill. Please keep Speedy Repo in mind for all of your repossession needs in New Mexico.
