The state of Tennessee does not have any licensing requirements for repo agents or repo companies. Lenders are not required to warn debtors that their car is about to be repossessed in Tennessee. The exception to this is if the promissory note was signed in a state that is a right to cure state. If that is the case the lender should follow the Right to Cure notification rules of the state where the contract was signed. Federal law, as stated in the Uniform Commercial code warrants that the lender inform the debtor by certified mail of their Right of Redemption. It provides a debtor with the legal opportunity to reclaim their collateral following a successful recovery by a lien holder. To exercise this right, the borrower must satisfy the entire outstanding loan balance, including all applicable interest, collection costs, and repossession-related expenses. This redemption must be completed in full before the asset is liquidated at public or private auction. The lender is mandated to give the debtor 15 days to pay them off in full.
Nashville, TN has become a hot spot that people migrate to when they are on the run from problems in their hometown. Statistics show that approximately 30,000 people move to Nashville every year. Obviously not all of these transplants are bad eggs, but there is a percentage of them that are. Our license plate (LPR) camera systems are an integral part of modern skip tracing. Our nationwide network of LPR cameras can locate your collateral no matter where they have ran off to, no matter who is driving your collateral. We are currently adapting AI to our LPR camera network to identify the year make and model of the vehicles in our LPR data base. This will help us identify when a vehicle has a fictitious license plate on it. Obviously if the vehicle manufacture has not changed the body style for 3 model years our AI won't be able to differentiate what year model we are looking at. However, if the license plate is supposed to be on a Dodge caravan and our LPR system has identified that it is on a new Ford Mustang we will be alerted that we are after a new Mustang and that the one we just passed has a factious license plate on it. Our AI LPR system is still in development, but the project is progressing much faster than we had originally planned.
Once our LPR camera system locates your collateral, one of our highly trained repo agents is dispatched to the location to recover it. We utilize new tow trucks equipped with an Eagle Claw systems to grab any two wheel drive vehicles. For four wheel drive vehicles we use two man teams of repo agents on a new rollback wrecker. Our Eagle Claw trucks can be in and out of a driveway in less than 30 seconds. Experienced drivers can do it in less than 20 seconds. Whether you call it Hook and Book or Grab and Go, no one is faster than Speedy Repo. Please call Speedy Repo today and we will recover your collateral for you faster than any other repossession company in Tennessee. We are so certain of our ability to locate and recover your collateral that if we don't recover your collateral, we will not send you an invoice.
